ive completed mgs3 in just under 6 hours does anyone else think its too short?The_Big_Cheeze
what guide did u use?
It's matter of how you play it really.
If you charge your way through it killing every guard in sight, skip every cut-scene and ignore the Codec, then I think that the game can be unsatisfying in terms of how long it lasts.
If however, you try to get through the whole game without being seen once, and try to find easter eggs then it can last up to well over 20 hours.
No its a big game, way bigger than most games. Even without cutscenes its longer than the first two MGS games. MGS3 offers incredible freedom to play as you want, you can spend forever on that game.dvader654

The helipad area is one of the best playgrounds in gaming history.

Exactly.
I fall into the "charge around killing everthing" section, so it was short for me - but other people I know that did it more stealthy took a lot longer.
I just can't stand stealth games. xD The only stealth games that I can really get into and get through silent are the Hitman games.
