some day, unfortunatnely i think we were born a tad too early for that. Or if not we'll be 90 when it comes out.
Some day, not for me though I don't think.
Last I heard there were still a few things to work out. Such as how a human eye focuses, something near in focus, while further things out of focus - visa -versa. In a AI being able to tell this.
Or looking in a AI seeing your hand, is it actually in front of your face or a inch over type thing. Thus requiring markers or a body suit type deal. To aim a axe and hit a piece of wood where you want I think may still be some of the issues still being worked out. Hand, eye coordination etc.
Been a long while since I heard anything on it though.
No thanks?Black_Knight_00
I was about to ask, do people still want that?!
I certainly don't see why we can't now have the types of games that were in arcades 10 years ago (like Dactyl Nightmare, or a skydiving one I once played). But I really thought the public interest in virtual reality had basically died.
I hate to see the controversy games lie GTA will get then. I'm sure it will happen at some point, but I don't see it anytime soon.bigd575I doubt there will be much controversy over videogames at that time because the people that grew up with games will be in control. Also there isn't any controversy of movies, tv, books, and music anymore because the people that grew up when they had that controversy are in control by the time we have Virtual Reality they will already be on something else to be the scape goat.
