Do you use head phones?

I like to use head phones when it's late at night, so that my family can sleep more easily. Do you guys use them?

I use them when voice chat is important, or when I want to be more immersed for a longer gaming session or if it is noisy, but not always. Sometimes I don't care or I just want to listen to podcasts.

NO, but i need too. Any suggestion on which ones.............mainly for the PS5. Kinda not much into the 3d audio....don't know much about it!

Got a nice DAC and headphone amp, and a pair of Sennheiser DT 770.

I often say there are pivotal upgrades a person can make to their home entertainment. In my case, that's my PC and associated components. I think the first time I bought a video card, that was one of those moments. Another time was when I purchased a monitor with a high refresh rate, it really sort of made me realize what I was missing.

And finally, perhaps most of all, upgrading my audio setup (and increasing my standards) because that really just made games much better, but also music which I likewise enjoy for hours each day.

I use my headphones all the time for the past 8yrs of my gaming life. Love using them to get better sounds and most of all, they're way better to use Headphones for playing horror games...and especially when a game takes full advantage using Headphones such as Hellblade games.

ER4XR when I don't want to hear the world. Bought it for commutes.

Schiit Modi and Magni DAC and amp.

Also have a 4.1 speaker system, but don't use it for games right now. Prefer speakers for the sense of space in the sound.

I have Steel Series Arctics Nova for PS5 and definitely love them. My gaming monitor doesn't have speakers built in so using headphones works well at night. Only downside is the battery life isn't good though I plan to get a new pair next month.
