I sometimes do. But not in competitive online play. I do, however, exploit the game glitches.

I never use cheats.
I try my best not to use walkthroughs, but if I'm getting really frustrated with a game then I will.
Same, unlessss they are cheats a-la Goldeneye. I worked hard to unlock those cheats and they added to the fun factor. I do not use cheats to finish a game.I never use cheats.

Only if I'm horrible stuck.
Usually it is something silly or stupid (Like ending the game in Assassins Creed)
I only cheat after I have beaten a game and rarely {mostly when I want to feel like a god:P} I will only use a walkthrough if I am completely and totally stuck or after I have beaten a game 13 times and I want to know if I missed anything before I give up.
As for online cheating it is imoral and I do not suport it. Whats the point.
First time I go through every game legit without using any kind of hel (unless I'm really stuck which happens extremly rarely). Once I beat a game however, I have no problem using cheats, exploits or walkthrough for optional parts ^^
I'll usually beat a game, then go back and use cheats on a game. However, I try to avoid using walkthroughs, unless there is no way in hell I can get any farther without using it.
I use walkthough and for some rpg (demon soul) I use short cuts here and there which could be consider being a cheat. I usually don't use cheats unless its nesscary or unless its fun (GTA for example )
Walkthroughs..no
Cheats...depends..if it is a cheat to unlock something cool or changes the game play a bit then totally. My favorite is still the paintball feature in Goldeneye 007. Using cheats to make the game easier I have not done that since the konami code days. Most games now are easy enough to handle without them.
I like to be surprised by any plot twist or gameplay gimmick and play the game as the developer intended, so on my first try I always go commando.
Later, however, I may explore any cheats and, yes, I do consult a FAQ, guide or walkthrough to see if I missed anything.
One exception: if I notice a game sucks so bad that I'm sure I'll never play it again, then I immediately look for that information so I can save myself the trouble of having to go there again.
I don't use cheats, but I consider the "I'm above walkthroughs" attitude to be kind of silly.
If I don't know what to do in a game and can't figure it out in half an hour, I'm going to use a walkthrough to find out how to proceed and I will feel no shame about it. I don't play games to be frustrated and I don't have the time to spend all day trying to figure something out.
Before I even think about using a walkthrough for a game I go through it at least twice. First time is to get through the game and try to find all I can, the second time is to find as much as I can that I might of missed, then I use a walkthrough to see if I did missed anything.
I only use cheats if I've played a game to death and want abit more fun with it, like the GTA games, getting all weapons or a tank and running wild :D
I'll use walkthroughs if a game has a really cheap puzzle or if I've been stuck in the same area for an hour and the game didn't really tell me what area I should be going to next.
I've only used cheats after I've beaten a game and just want to play around with the game world and it's a feature in the game, like GTA.
I had a GameShark for my N64 and I used to love just loading up infinite health and ammo after I've beaten a game and just blowing through everything to feel invincible.

The only time I can remember using a cheat code since getting a 360 was for GTA 4. I think with the advent of Achievements/Trophies, cheats aren't as popular as they once were. I remember I wouldn't use any in Saint's Row because they would block achievement progress. I do take advantage of walkthroughs. The strategy guide for Fable 3 helped a lot in finding collectibles.
I love strat guides, I guess I just like the colorful pictures. Used to have like 80 of em on a shelf.Allicrombie
Yeah, I own a ton too. I just like to read them. Trying to find Star Ocean 4: International but it seems it was discontinued. I can find it online for $21 but I don't think I'm willing to pay that much for it.
