Does anybody here think its ridiculous that you have to be 17 to TRADE-IN Games to them? I, for one, am 16, and I am utterly frustrated by the fact that you need to be 17 to trade0in games. Think about it, whats the harm in trading in games? Your trading in your own games, for your own credit or money!! I was going to sell my games and place down a pre-order I really wanted today, but surprisingly, I can't trade-in gmaes because im 4 months away from being 17. I think its obscene. What do you guys think?

You think its obscene? Thats pretty strong. While I dont necessarily agree with the policy I dont see the diffculty of having a parent, sibling, or guardian coming with you to trade-in games. Is it something of a hassle? Yes but oh well, gotta do what you gotta do.

It's probably the state law. I work at an EBgames in Washington (state) and the law requires someone to be to 16 to trade in for store credit, 18 for cash because is a form of pawn.

It is ridiculous. EB/Gamestop are only good for finding old or hard to find games, other than that they are quite useless.
