I hate to give such a cliche awnser but you just need to figure out how long you take to study to get good grades and then whatever time you got left can be used for playing games. I might play about 2-3 hours cause I got highschool homework to do.
4-5 hours per day? Yikes, I don't think I could consistently manage that many hours regardless of prior obligations. I've always done just fine, but Ontario wise we don't have letter grades.
I dont really play games that much when I have school work to do. When I come home from school I take a little break and then I go straight to my homework.
Unless you are doing chemistry, school (on all levels), is pretty much a joke, you just have to find out what your instructor or teacher wants. So yeah, its possible to spend time gaming and be succesful in other aspects of your life.
As a Junior in college and going for Dentistry, its tough to get even 4 hours in in a week! Like friday nights and saturday, I usually hang out with friends, and play videogames all day...
When I was in college, yes (I didn't really apply myself in high-school...college was better, though). Now that I'm working I don't have time to play 4-5 hrs per week night. I usually get 2-3 hrs in on the week-nights.
