i was gonna trade them in to help pay for a DS. I am also trading in my SP and original GBA and two GBA games and 3 GBC games. I have $55 to use if i put the rest of my birthday money in savings(which i plan to do) do you think i'll have enough money to get a $149.99 bundle?

The cartridges the games are on is worth more than the amount of money they (Gamestop) is going to give you. I suggest you hustle those cartridges at your local street alley :)

they'll give you about 50 cents for the games and then sell them for like 10 dollars

i went and asked if they took the GBC system and they would only give me $2.50 for it. I got $40 total for everything and i didn't have enough money. I didn't ask how much they would give me for the SP but later i looked at the GBA games and they were selling an SP exactly like mine for $60 i didn't trade them in then. But i asked my friend if he had one and he said he would give me his regular DS(not DS Lite) and 7 games for $40..thought it was a good deal so i'm gonna get that from him. I don't know what games he has but who cares with a deal like that!
