Simple math. Dracula Vlad Tepes from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is, as a villain, pound for pound, vastly superior to any villain in any video game... in any way possible. What is a man? I dare you to argue...

Sephiroth

Your opinion. I respect that. But he's not that great of a villain. At all. Wasn't that evil or that terrifying.

I've seen better.

As for Drac? Not really. Although he does have some memorable lines in SOTN...

Well he's not strictly a video game villain though. He was the ruler of Wallachia in the 15th Century.

I could argue that Lucifer in Dante's Inferno was a more powerful villain though, considering he's the devil and all.

Yeah yeah I know he goes back to the 15th century, but that doesn't stop his awesomeness in the Castlevania series. I literally pooped my pants when I fought him in the original Castlevania. I was REALLY mad and I never wanted to kill a villain any more than I wanted to Dracula in Rondo of Blood, and the same goes for SOTN.

BTW lol @ mods deleting my post in the FF7 board for claiming Dracula > Sephiroth. Yep, just delete the post, because noone can make an argument for Sephiroth... Dracula > All, for that matter. It's a fact of life. And he thinks we're all miserable little piles of secrets too.
