Hi there,

I really want to experience dragon age origins...it has so many elements I love.

Party members, tactical combat, romances, good story and characters...

It feels the most complete experience to me. The rest of rpg lacks some of any of those elements for more they are still great on their own.

But DA:O aged really bad. Any Mod to improve graphics? Textures?etc..?

I never installed any Mod. Not even in skyrim. So I dont even know how to do that.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

If you like graphics that much, don't play it.

Screw mods, if you are unhappy with it to begin with, don't play it.

@jord: Look up Nexus Mods for the game of your choice, and if needed, use the guides in the Nexus Forums, really streamlined so anyone can get these up and running with little issue and translates well to many languages.

Shame then that Dragon Age Origins is pretty underwhelming for mods at anycase. Best mod I found was all about texture fixes from the base game. It was my first time playing the game this year so no idea how useful the add-on was lol.

If you're hoping for an Origins overhaul mod? It doesn't exist, to be honest I'd just like one to fix the camera in overview mode, but that doesn't exist either. From what I read Dragon Age is simply very difficult to mod for, and wasn't worth the communities time and effort.

Well, I know graphics are the less important thing in a game, but...its really hard to me stand those textures on forests.

Specially having the jaw droping Skyrim to play. But I really want a party tactical combat and a good story, dialogue, characters, narrative and cinematics. And bioware always delivers that.

I Think it is worth to play it with improved Atmosphere Mod.

https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/577/

I Think it's better to not get any graphics mods because from what i heard it makes the game less Stable.

Edit: Another Good mod that i forgot to add is Extra Dog Slot.(Allows you to take your dog with yourself as the fifth companion)

I think that "Ser Gilmore companion NPC" is also a good mod.
