it was awsome although i wish it had goldeneye oh wait it does , but ya good system ,, best system this gen infact , besides wii and ps3 , my ds has kept me busy long time
While there is new functionality coming out for the DS, they are still making DS games. Not every game will use the 3D tech, so it will still be a current gen system. If one upgrade is enough to obsolete a DS then the DS was out when the DSi came out, since there were camera games.
But, since it is still current gen, let's keep all discussion of the system in the forum from which the name came from, thank you!
