It gets no easier than Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest. Just be prepared to get no hits.
There is a really easy, relatively short, and fun action RPG called Lagoon you might want to do. Of course I am remebering something from almost 20 years ago.

Well, you didn't make your link the topic right? It's okay if you post your link in this thread.
Be sure you master the game before you start making your video. The main reason that I recommended a lesser known game is that all of the five star titles have lot's of LP vids already, by people who have thousands of followers and know the game through and through. You'll have a hard time getting viewed over videos that have view counts in the high thousands.
I don't really think any SNES RPG is easy. The easiest one I know of would be Mario RPG. That game is not all that easy either.

Chrono Trigger is an easy game. With careful use of techs and items, it's pretty dang easy. Once you get Luminaire, it's basically insta-death to all your enemies. Same goes for Lucca's Flare (been a while since I played the game :P).
As everyone suggested, Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, and Lagoon. If you want some games that are a step up, I'd recommend Final Fantasy II and III, Lufia I and II, Secret of Mana, and Breath of Fire I and II if you can find them. As others mentioned, the problem with doing these bigger titles are the quantities of videos already out there, but there's nothing wrong with trying your hand at them. There's always the possibility of getting hits on your page because of them. Best of luck on your videos!

The Japanese title was "Final Fantasy USA: Mystic Quest" and was basically made for the U.S. to bring in entry-level RPG players. Basically the training wheels for people who've never played RPGs or struggled with them.
