Exclusive games vs. multi platform games

Do you think exclusive games like Halo and Resistacne: Fall of Man and Super Smash brothers brawl, are better then multi platform games like Rainbow Six:Vegas and Army of Two and Marvel Ultimate Alliance?

Easily for two reasons:

#1 They are designed for the hardware specifically and thus the following happens

- Developers have more time to focus on the game then coding it to other platforms

- Developers can squeeze out so much more power out of a specific platform

- Developers can utilize features not avaliable on other platforms (I.E. PS3 to PSP connectivity, Wii Controls, Etc.)

- At times the game could be cattered to a certain group of people not found on other systems thus cattering towards them instead of trying to find a "safe base"

There are others but I'd like to keep it short.
