Fallout 3 PC - Need a little help here.

The PC gamin thread is deader then Elvis. I need someone to tell me how much trouble I am gonna get myself into.

I use a lot of cheat commands in Fallout 3 for the PC. I find invincibility and such tend to allow me to go bonkers and have a lot of fun.

I came back to the cheat and hint page of Gamespot to find the item codes for Caps and Bobby pins since my memory sucks.

I find a new cheat was added.

I now have every achievement. Heres the problem though. I have every achievement. Including the achievements for Anchorage and The Pitt. Neither of which I currently own. As far as I am concerned in the matter I wont consider it stealing, as I intend to spend all the money needed on ALL the DLC pretty soon. I was gonna get the DLC for Anchorage and Pitt all at once next time my pocket felt heavy. This still doesn't change the fact I have eight achievements that are for DLC I don't have yet. This gonna get me banhammered? I did attempt re-locking them via the cheat command console in Falloutto no avail.
