Fallout 4 questionnn.

In Fallout does the "idiot savant" perk or whatever it's called, get affected by current stats, or original stats. So if you drink liquor or take a chem that lowers your intelligence by one, or two, or whatever, is that passive ability affected, therefore increasing the chances for it to get activated giving you an xp boost?

So the answer is not somewhere. And testing it doesnt seem to help haha
