Fantastic Voice acting

Can anyone remember a game which had a character or something in it that just had amazing voice acting and dialog. I remember the Ranger Squad from the Eldar in Dawn Of War: Dark Crusade. They have this incredible, icy calm voice, it's difficult to determine if it's being spoken by male or female (which just adds to it's enigma) due to the nature of the Eldar. Damn it sounds so Cool! Especially when you select them and they speak in an almost ghostly voice:

'We seek the adventure that only war can bring'

And I just love it when they say

'You cannot imagine the things we've seen with our eyes'.

Applauds to Relic Entertainment for the voice actors they brought in for their game.

Ford Cruller In Psychonauts. Greatness, like the reat of the voice actors in that game.

Lost Odyssey has some good voice acting.

Ron Perlman puts me in sexy time whenever I hear that... ooooh goosebumps.

I'm playing through World in Conflict and the voice acting I heard in that is terrific.

Especially the narrarations from Alec Baldwin.

(actually Leons voice actor did a pretty good job. But it had the dialogue of an 80's action movie.)

I can only think of one game it's The Darkness,Mike Patton did a fantastic job giving his voice to the darkness,the force that took control of Jackie.czort666

All the voices were good in that game

DMC4 had great Voice actors.

However, FFX takes the price. The narrating Tidus voice is gold. Weak link was Yuna's voice actor. Sounded like a child.

I quite liked Tidus from FFX. That reminds me of Auron, he was great. The bit of narration that takes place at the very start of the game, just after Tidus signs the kids Blitz ball and then runs off to get to the game in time. This voice starts going on about what's happened in the past few days of Tidus's life. Soon as I heard that I knew I was in for something special. I believe that was Auron talking.

I wish I could get a clip of the Ranger squad in Dawn Of War for anyone who's not heard it. Just imagine Uma Therman with her soul sucked out and wearing a gas mask and your almost there. Another one is when you ask them to move to a location they go 'We have travled much, darker paths'. Awesomeness 8)

Edit: This is the best I could do since i don't have fraps or anything installed. This boring clip shows a game of Dawn Of War taking place, at 6:30 during a fight the Ranger squad speaks out my favorite quote of all time. The Dark Reapers voices are pretty cool also, you hear them speak quite often. 'All who have life, fear the reaper.'

Cam Clarke as Liquid Snake was just awesome.

Actually that was the sports dude talking. I really like his voice. too bad he's only at the beginning.

The female voice in Dawn of War seems to be the same person who voices the sister of fate in GoW2. Sounds really similar.
