dude 3rd strike is super hard for me. i guess i just suck at it. lolim_mr_brown
yea the game is kick ass though
I had to practice for a while
the characters are all way different as well
The Dreamcast controller makes the game basically unplayable you if you really want to play the game I'd suggest an arcade stick The official agetec one is sweet but there are others that are cheaper and just as good if you're not a serious player
My fave characters are Urien, Yang, Ken, Akuma, and Alex I mainly play with Ken though
Isn't Napple Tale the game that was developed solely by a team of women? Also, what do you think about Samba de Amigo Wii? From what I hear, it will have all the gameplay modes from the original and Version 2000, along with a new career mode as well as new minigames. It has over 40 new tracks, online leaderboards, Mii integration, cameos from SEGA characters, and downloadable songs. The latest previews say that the gameplay is every bit as good as the original. Also, it is being released on my birthday, which is way awesome.Panzer_Zwei

I don't care for just the title of a game, but for who are behind it.

It's being published by SEGA and developed by Gearbox, who has an outstanding track record. From the sound of it they've captured all of the appeal of the original and expanded upon it. I don't think the fact that Sonic Team isn't developing negates the possibility of a good game.

Like I wasn't interested in Alien Syndrome, and like I'm not interested in Golden Axe: Beast Rider. I'm not fond of western-made games of Japanese franchises.

SEGA of America publishes Iron Man and Hulk games. So their publishing games doesn't mean much.
And I don't really care about how good Gearbox is. They're just second hand developing a franchise that other people consolidated. I'm more interested about the creative minds that create good game franchises.
The game also isn't even being published in Japan. and the original Samba de Amigo was co-developed by SEGA Sound Team Wave Master.
The only games I got into on the Dreamcast were mostly multiplatform games and arcade ports. The rest of my memories with Dreamcast is stuff you really are not supposed to talk about on this site ;).

is napple tale in english at all? is it playable without getting lost?im_mr_brownThe game is fully in Japanese. And it's very playable, specially if you know or have a katakana and hiragana charts handy, which can be found very easily on the web.
I'm sure there must also be a couple of walktroughs or guides around.
