Shenmue 2 ...... if i'd known it'd be without a sequal this long, i'd have never completed it. Thatgame has the best orchestral score of any game. and the track that plays over the rollingend credits is no different. it's a really crescendicpeice that suitablycaptures the feel and aesthetic of the title.

I always like Godhand's credits, Japanese or English they both sound good. The music's catchy and you get to see all those character's acting more ridiculous than they did in game.
The beautiful music at the credits of The World Ends With You is my favourite, I've gone through that ending like 15 times already and I still love it.
Or the ending of Xenogears which has my favourite music of all videogames ever (small two of pieces)
chrono trigger ps1 you beat the last boss lavos with either chrono alone or chrono and marle together and you get the hardest ending you meet the creators of the game and when your done the main creator says we have ajusted the credits the way you want them and they go by really fast
I find credits boring, unless it has music or a video during it. Metal Gear Solid 2's was great, well all the Metal Gear Solid games... Resident Evil: Dead Aim has a pretty sweet end too... BOOM... and a cool song :D
Final Fantasy VIII. The rolling credits accompanied by a video-home style FMV, followed by the final FMV. And those phone calls at the end of the credits from the Metal Gear Solid series are just brilliant.
I actually have two. My main is Portal, it was.. So unique, and so awesome. The other is the one you said, A Link to the Past. It's like a nice, long calm after the storm. It's awesome, leaves me with a great feeling.
Max Payne 2 and Mass Effect both have very beautyful songs in the end credits. Especially Max Payne. I loved the ending and the song in the credits. And there was a phrase at the end of the credits: "Max's journey into the night will continue...", it gave me so much euphoria...
Lunar 2 eternal blue on the PS1, the ending actually continues during the credits, so they kinda make you see the credits as well, very clever on their part.

I'm in complete agreement with you. Shenmue II was one of the best games I've ever played and the ending is frustrating only because there's no Shenmue III :cry: but other than that, the game is epic win. Persona 3 also had an excellent score and if you get the "good" ending, it's really sad, but awesome!
My favourite was super smash bros. brawl because you got money from shooting words :P I also liked A link to the past, only the secret ending. I liked Super smash bros melee as well it was weird. Oh and can't forget the four swords where you get to collect lots of ruppees on a pillar. That was funny. :lol:
