I like it because of the musical score, and the sort of prolougue before the Military Campaign.

Mine would have to be the Mass Effect 2 Launch Trailer. It is just SO epic!

I'd have to agree that the Mass Effect 2 launch trailer was very good. It gave me goosebumps. The recent Halo Reach multiplayer trailer was damn good too. I can't really think of any others but i know there are a ton i'm forgetting.

Well, I've got 53 hours, and I've only JUST finished the main storyline, and I havn't even STARTED most of the side quests!

As it is with most trailers for me, it was the music that got me pumped for both these.

The Uncharted "massive attack" left an imprint on me, timed with the music and scenery and all, not as impressive after Uncharted 2 though:P

My favorite one would be Prince of Persia The Two Thrones, that was epic, i remember buying the game but not being able to play it due to my college qualification exams, so i ended up watching the trailer a few thousands of times :P

My favourite has to be the Deceived cinematic trailer for The Old Republic at last year's E3, without a doubt.
