Favorite Nintendo 64 Games?

What's your guys' favorite Nintendo 64 games? Mine are probably Smash Bros, Super Mario 64, and there's a Kirby game I just can't remember what it's called.:P

Right now my favourites are probably Mario 64, Oot and Perfect Dark (pretty generic list I know...). Got Banjo-Kazooie and Wave Race waiting for me though :)

Banjo Kazooie is a great game. I'm wondering because there's this store in my town and they sell old games and systems and I want to know what games are worth it.

Kirby: The Crystal Shards ?

Banjo-Tooie is pretty expensive though. I know I could get it cheaper from XB arcade but there's something about the fuzzy N64 graphics that I like :lol:

Yeah Crystal Shards that was the Kirby game. Yeah I like playing on the original system then getting it on XB arcade.

Space Station: Silicon Valley

I wish it was given the HD treatment without that annoying 100% glitch.

Most of those don't hold up that well. Any FPS game on the N64 struggles due to performance and control mechanism. I can still play Goldeneye and maybe one of t-he Turoks, but other than that--and even back in the day--the sub 20 frames per second w/one analog just didn't work well. Same goes for Jet Force--the game performs pretty bad. On paper a good game, but the technicality behind the game actually gets in the way of what the gameplay sets out to do. That is my biggest beaf with developers--when they sacrifce the games performance to push every last higher resolution pixel.

Paper Mario is great though.

Diddy Kong Racing is AMAZING. I have to say it is mario kart but better. So much more responsive with tight controls and a great story mode.

Paper Mario is great though.

Majora's Mask, Ocarina, Mario Party 2 and 3 (my friends and I used to play them all the time.) I didn't play a ton on N64, not as much as Gamecube or Wii. Also Paper Mario.

What are you talking about? The fact that I think 007 is the first great multiplayer FPS? Are you reading that line with the "great" part taken out? Because if I said "The first multiplayer first-person shooter" without the "great" in there, then I'd see your point. Now read it again with the "great" in there.

Or are you talking about Resident Evil 2 being my favorite in the series? Cuase yeah, that's an opinion alright and one I'm not changing.
