Based on amount of time played, Tetris Attack. Based on games that i enjoyed, Blackthorne, Death & Return of Superman, Super Street Fighter II.

Donkey Kong Country Star Fox Zelda a Link to the past. Those are probably the 3 I play the most. :)

Super Metroid, closely followed by Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Those two games are absolute masterpieces of gaming.

I guess that play time tells no lies so I would say Super Mario World, Link to the Past, and Street Fighter II. Final Fantasy 2 and 3 (that's right 2 and 3 not 4 and 6) were both played through at least 3 times so they're right up there as well.
