Favorite Taito games

I feel like one of the most underrated publishers in gaming has been Taito. They've churned out so many great titles over the years that it's almost criminal their games aren't praised more for their excellence. With that said, what are some of your favorite Taito games? Here are mine:

-The Flintstones (Genesis)

-Raystorm (PS)

-Bubble Bobble (NES)

-Bujingai (PS2- super underrated action game!)

-Darius Gaiden (Saturn)

-Raiden III

Blue Shadow - NES Also called Shadow of the Ninja in North America.

Wrath 0f the Black Manta - NES

PowerBlade - NES Best soundtrack in a NES game ever.

Not really played any of there games since the NES days i think SqaureEnix own them now.

The only one I recall having was Sonic Blast Man, but it was nothing to write home about.

Without a doubt, Mat Mania - the best wrestling game ever made.

It only had 2 buttons but man, the things you could so with those two buttons.

Why or why hasn't Taito re-released this gem?

My favorite Taito game of all time is Bubble Bobble Arcade version. The NES version despite not being arcade perfect. Did introduce some new levels not present in the offical version. The later Playstation, and Playstation 2 versions (Taito Legends 1) are closer to arcade version.

Next would be the Darius series which is great shoot them up.

The New Zealand Story and Rainbow islands the story of Bubble Bobble 2.

Skyshark both arcade and NES version. despite being Hard as Hell. I like them for that reason. Another Shoot them up by Taito

For Puzzle game has to go to Bust a Move which features Bub and Bob.

Finally for space invaders which is very old school is a Taito creation.
