Favorite zombie/apocalypse game?

I have a couple come to mind.

Dayz

Walking dead game

Fallout

thats all i got right now.

The Last of Us, which also happens to be my all-time favorite game.

Portal 2...... Technically it took place during an Apoclypse.

Zombie game would probally be Resident Evil 2.. apocalyptic game would be Fallout 3 and The Last of Us

Fallout series.

Left 4 Dead 2

Resident Evil 4, followed by Dead Rising 2

Dead Rising

Half-Life 2

Day Z.

If, by Zombie, you mean what everyone automatically thinks, then Resident Evil 2.

Any other standard, easily The Last of Us.

Nazi Zombies. Not Zombies, NAZI ZOMBIES was the best Zombie Game(s) EVER MADE!!!!!

The Dead Rising games along with the Resident Evil games for zombie games. Fallout 3 and New Vegas for apocalyptic.

This thread tends to end up being another Last of Us appreciation thread.

@elkoldo: Is that necessarily a problem? The Last of Us was a great game for most people. You might disagree, but it's a good example of an apocalypse story done well.

@mastermetal777: Christ ,no.You totally got me wrong.I was in fact complimenting Last of Us ,like it's been a year since its release and still it gets appreciation.See ,only one person out of the fourteen people who posted before me chose Last of Us as the best apocalypse game ,yet I said the whole thread will end up being a Last of Us appreciation thread.This is pure acclaim for last of Us from me.

@elkoldo: My bad lol. Totally misinterpreted your comment. I see too many people bashing the game lately is why I reacted like that.

Favorite apocalypse game is probably Majora's Mask (it's a world teetering on the edge of an apocalypse so it counts). Myfavorite zombie game would probably have to be Left 4 Dead 2. Unless RE4 counts, in which case that'd be the easy winner.
