FFX problem

I'm at Sanubia Desert,and after the third save point,if i take any paths,left or right,the image won't come up,i only hear sound...

My PS2 is a legit one,and the disc is brand new and no scratches on it...

:( what's going on?

How old is your PS2? It's either the lens or the disc is scratched at a perculiar area where data can't be read. Sorry to hear.

Try having the lens cleaned. Ask friends about repair stores. Athens is full of them. All it needs is rubbing alcohol or degree corrections.
