According to a Taiwanese website, they already got the images for the last two campaigns 'for Left 4 Dead 2′ which are titled 'Dead Center' and 'Hard Rain'. Dead Center will have a slogan of 'Prices Aren't the Only Things Getting Slashed' while Hard Rain will have 'Come Hell and High Water'.
The first poster 'Dead Center' seem like it will have the Mall theme to it from the image and slogan. For the second campaign 'Hard Rain' which most likely have you walk through a flood while visibility will be limited to the rain pouring down.
The two campaigns are not officially announced, but if the two images are fake then we should definitely give a clap to whoever made these two images. Valve should be clearing this information soon since it has everybody emailing and calling them non stop about this. So as of right now we have five campaigns total.
