And it has buttons. Thank god. I am so sick of Touch. Finally someone did this! If i can use only buttons to navigate too. Which i am gonna assume i can. But its great! Will bookmark this phone!
Never found (or understood) the whole 'mobile gaming is a joke'; but do like my buttons.
Doubt that thing will be a big fix at anycase.
Outside porting Pac-Mans and Tetris clones that are inherently a little clunky on phone, the best mobile gaming experiences focus on tactile controls. Monster Strike is a good example, and I've been playing (and greatly been enjoying) that for years.
Whether as dedicated gaming platforms focus so much on accurate and tight input controls, with dedicated layouts as well. Tactile is more about the flow and pressure than accuracy.
With that stated; from a gameplay/ stability standpoint PUBG Mobile is better than regular platforms version PUBG. Almost laughably so. As such those rejecting mobile gaming are simply missing out at anycase. It's difficult to convince "real gamers" though on these forums.
@RSM-HQ
Any one who is not into spasm entertainment is gonna hate only touch way of interacting with technology.
Thats why buttons is a practicality.
Assuming you mean "spam", not something related to the anatomy?
Disagree at anycase, you are free to dislike Mobile gaming, but on your note above it is in ignorance. And think anyone who likes buttons will hate tactile controls? is quite the assumption. Just this one person you are chatting with is proof that your philosophy is flawed.
I play a lot of input demanding games on P.C., console, and handheld; and yes enjoy buttons. Tactile is still fun too, in the right game, made by the right team.
As such don't have anything against tactile controls. For me it depends what the game is designed to achieve, and if it fits the controls given. Some games fit tactile controls perfectly.
@kian82: Not a problem, I admire your want for decent physical controls on phones. Still don't think it's that simple a concept to execute, and many have tried. None have really got it right. Much like that laptop phone which even the comments mention was discontinued due to a variety of reasons.
Because of how models and game control layouts vary on the app stores, it's not viable. Mobile is not one single entity. It's closer to a P.C. different stores and different models that want different core functions.
It's why I think it's better to accept that games designed for phones will do their own thing. And it's not all bad. Sure most of them are discardable trash that are developed in a day, but some of them are quite good too hidden in those terribly sorted app stores.
If anything this is why I have handhelds too. And it'll probably be cheaper to just grab a DS, 3DS over these weird kickstarters that cannot deliver.
