For how much longer will PS3 and Xbox 360 get new games...

Well guys, I've been wondering...since the pace of games being released on the previous gen have slowed down a bit...how much longer do you see games like COD, FIFA, WWE2K, SBK, DBZ, MK, Far Cry etc being released on those systems??? I hope and pray that we get at least a few more of those titles in 2015 and 2016....after that I don't really care about new titles....then I'm gonna go out and buy old gems for my PS3 and 360....I know it's not good to argue....but to me the PS3 won hands down for the last three and a half years...

Depends on the franchise, FIFA games ----> you´ll see them for at least another 5 years, the last FIFA for PS2 was, if I´m not wrong FIFA 14. Other franchises like COD, I bet another 2-3 years.

It looks like the last gen is really starting to get cut off when it comes to games. It doesn't even look like the next Call of Duty will be making its way to those systems, which is a bit surprising to me. I'm thinking there's hardly going to be any games of significance releasing on last gen aside from some cross-gen sports titles and smaller franchises from here on out.

over 2-3 year period and it slowly dies down, Last couple will be sport games just because they are super easy for them to make,

Then you got indie games around this time unlike the xbox/ps2 gen so we will see how that go's
