FPS with best physics and hit detection?

You know this awesome feeling when you shoot someone in-game and the physics and hit detection of the game are so good, that you instantly want to score more? Which FPS has done this for you? You can name games for both PC and consoles.

@venom0706: Red Dead Redemption. At times I would just slaughter an entire village and all the sheriffs and deputies arriving to help- just because the shooting system was amazing. Even the way those headshots kicked the victim off of their galloping horse was amazing.

In addition to that I weirdly enjoyed Fallout 4's system, especially with the Railway Rifle.

Im not familiar in this department, but i think people praise CS:Go for hit detection.

Finally somebpdy with something to talk about other than graphics.

Im trying to think of an answer but ya know what even though i havnt played it in years i actually love the sound in black ops.

Fantastic AI, gracefully animated ragdoll physics, punchy weapons... What more can I say?

Not a recent title but I always loved this aspect in Half Life 2. Fear was also good.
