I found some games to take themselves too seriously, but what are some funny parts in a game?
It can be intended not be funny btw.
this made me laugh so hard when I played Jak 3 for the first time:P

in killer7, theres a severed head that gets stashed in hidey holes all over the place and works as comedic relief. it gets me every time.
Uhm hard question and I bet I've missed a lot but one that I can instantly recall is:
In Shadow Hearts Convenant there's that ring thing that keeps popping up and at one point the main character just starts to facepalm and just ignores the damn thing. That ringthingy whatever it was called, was awesome.
I thought Brutal Legend was hilarious, Jack Black is awesome.
And the whole "the cake is a lie" thing and the companion cube in Portal. Lol.
Well I've been playing Mafia 2 at the moment, the part where you have to borrow Joe's clothes.. that discussion was hilarious. Also of course the lemon thing with GLaDOS was great ^^
That is actually kind of funny, probably even funnier if you're in game and not prepared. Reminds me of Jay and Silent Bob, contains that joke several times.I found some games to take themselves too seriously, but what are some funny parts in a game?

NukaNuked
When I accidentally discovered the toast easter egg in Gears of War 2(everything else in this game sucks compared to GoW1) and Marcus said is famous line I laughed. Don't find it as funny on YouTube but maybe will. Was the only moment I could think of
Resident Evil 4
Salazaar: I've sent my right hand to dispose of you.
Leon: Your right hand comes off?
Haha. It could have been a lot worse. He could have said, "WHat's the other one gonna do in the meanwhile?"
Also, in Dead to Rights, when you fight clowns with guns.
In the Shield, when Vic sees a pizza after sneaking into a house and says, "Just what I needed."
In Dead to Rights 2, Jack tries to bust open a door. A thug stands in front and says, "Who there?" Jack says, "Land shark!" and breaks open the door and says, "I'm Jack Slate, b****
Also, in Syphon Filter Dark Mirror, Touchstone says, "See you in hell, Logan" and Gabe says, "Not if I see you first!"
play Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater, when you escape from the prison don't remove the transmitter and get to Eva for (not in my opinion, I think it's downright cruel) a funny scene.
SPOILER ALERTS
Dead Space 2 has a twisted sense of humor.
1. When Isaac talks about going to the Ishimura, docked in Titan Station, Ellie says to him something about it not being a good idea. Isaac says, "Stick around-- I'm full of bad ideas."
2. When Isaac is approaching the Ishimura docked on Titan Station, Ellie asks him if he's alright because he's breathing fast. He says, "Yeah well, the last time I was here, things didn't go so well."
3. When Isaac is on the Ishimura, Ellie radios him and says that the medical deck is swarming with monsters. When Isaac is on the tram going to another part of the ship, the tram breaks down and the computer announces, "Medical deck."
I don't usually find much to laugh about in games. But some chuckles have been had in GTA IV because of the character Brucie, some funny dialogue, and some hilarious radio talkshows and adverts.
Shadows of the Damned incorporated some funny sexual humour too.
