I find it funny in Assassin's Creed when you cut someone down with your sword you can hear they screaming on the ground while you are talking to another citizen in the same area.

I actually laughed out loud when I returned to my ship in Metroid Prime 3 in Skytown and Gorr was on top of it beating the holy hell out of it. I laughed even more when he threw it at me, what an insult! And definitely not something I was expecting in a Metroid game.
Well I can't really recall any parts in particular...video games usually don't make me LOL. But I remember laughing more than once while playing Final Fantasy VII. I usually have at least one good laugh in any JRPG/Anime themed game.
When I was Car Surfing in GTA3, I shot the car, it went really fast, crashed then I got in it and it caught on fire and then one of those car jackers threw me out and got it and drove away for like 2 seconds and then exploded! It was so very, me and my mate still laugh about it
the dog end in silent hill 2 and all the silent hill Ufo ends rocks!!! silent hill is the best survival horror game ever !!! if you don't belive me play it !!!!
getting the crap scared outta me wen a metroid would cling to my face in metroid prime 3 corruption... creepy...yet my reaction was funny as hell if yu ever saw me...
There is a moment in Day of the Tentacle when Laverne is about to thaw out the hamster in the microwave and she turns to the camera and says something to the effect of, "Kids who do this in real life get taken away from their parents never to beheard fromagain." That disclaimer made me laugh out loud.
The part in Final Fantasy X where Tidus is asked for the whereabouts of Seymour and he mistakenly says "he's gone to Macarena temple" and then when hes corrected he goes...."DOII!! o_0" ...totally unexpected and priceless everytime.
