I Think F.E.A.R. because it is very original, the story is good, it would be a Action/Thriller/Horror movie and their is going to be a lot of blood in it:P(when your whole team is dead except you for example, if you have the game, you'll know what I mean)

Half-Life 2 definitely. It already has an awesome story, they just need to film it. easteast

It does pose one major problem for the scriptwriter: does Gordon Freeman speak?

A film with a silent protagonist is no easy task, but if he does speak, what is he like - his personality, style of language, even his accent are all left totally open to interpretation by the game, meaning everyone has a different idea of who Gordan Freeman is. This is true of book adaptations too, of course, but uusually there is at least some dialogue as a guide.
