Which isthe best game you have played so far from 2000-2009? Mine would be GTA IV.
In terms of an experience with the entire package I'd have to say Kingdom Hearts takes the cake. 2nd place is the first Phoenix Wright.
Jet Grind Radio. Came out at the start of the decade and I have yet to play a game that surpassed it for me. 10 years later and it's still my favorite game.

If I was going on the basis of replay value and overall time I've put in, it would have to be World of Warcraft.
