GTA 5 coupled with GTA online = my GOTY. GTA:O weighs heavily for me because i've been playing with buddies and well, its the most fun ive had in an online game in awhile. Once they implement more content it has the potential to be absolutely amazing.

Shame on me. Got lost in the middle

Fire Emblem: Awakening is leading my choices at the moment. Then again, I haven't played that many games from this year, including SM3DL and ALBW. My game progress has been pretty sluggish this half of the year.

It won't win anything, but my vote will always go to a Dead Rising game. So Dead Rising 3. :)

Why isnt League of Legends within the list?

If Dota 2 is on it, i believe League of Legends is better than Dota 2 has it has a better interface, and makes the game much more pleasent in my opinion, not to talk about the delay that there is in Dota 2.

My vote goes for The Last of Us.

Whoa. I didn't realize Pandoras Tower was released in 2013 in the west. I thought it was an older wii title. I guess it just never sold well. I really want to play it though, it would probably be my game of the year; it looks like the deepest and most emotional love story ever told in videogames. Of course, I haven't played it yet, but still.

My vote goes to Pikmin 3. It's masterfully designed.

I voted Fire Emblem just because it was more amazing(and lasted longer) than just about any other new game I played this year.

My GOTY is Dragon's Crown, I found it more interesting than the majority of overrated garbage this year.

Played quite some good games this year but I reckon I will abstain from having an absolute GOTY winner, just a list with my favorites of each genre.

GTA V(SP only) is the only correct answer.

The Last of Us deserves GOTY. but i wont be dissapointed if Assassins Creed 4 will finally get it

Bioshock Infinite is one of the best games of this gen n i'd go with that for GOTY , haven't played The Last of Us though .

i have had Tomb Raider as my GOTY, but have recently played AC IV. That game just blew me away.

looks like the majority would like to see TLOU for the GOTY despite flops in the review.I can see Animal Crossing: New Leaf up there,but I believe it's not going to be a tough GOTY contender against the "profit birds"

I'm sorry but I don't share ur enthusiasm for bioshock infinite the game doesn't do it for me that's just my opinion .

So u need 2 know that u've got no right 2 insult any game u know not jus this game ....calling sth "Trash" is not good, u can say ur opinion without insulting n i'm sure everyone would respect that .

Where is Trackmania 2?

That was 2012 and got GOTY.

Ratchet and Clank : Into the Nexus. Fantastic game, even if Ratchet has gotten a little old it's just a great looking, polished, charming and addictive game as any Ratchet.

I expect next year to be at least 10x better than this year though.

Voted TLOU (yet again). Has more character in it's little infected finger than GTA et al combined (Although I did enjoy GTA 5 and Bioshock).

While I voted for GTA 5, I'm pretty certain "The last of us" will get Game of the Year and it would be deserved.

Tough call between Zelda, Mario 3d world and GTA 5 for me. The story in GTA5 is as good as any game this year and then you add in the replay value.
