I have only a 16 mb gamecube memory card right now, i was thinking of getting one more large one. Should I be wary of the 256 mb cards on ebay for their quality/compatibility? For example, do they corrupt saves and stop working or are they ok to buy? Thanks.

Look for an official one... the 1019 is the best.

Buy a new one from Gamestop, Best Buy, or on Amazon.com
