for those in the dark the government of california is attempting to sensor your right to buy games. the ability to control what games are on store shelves. how old by law your allowed to ahve them. and to consider it a criminal act to be breaking this law. the supreme court is gearing up to look at the case of the governemtn of california vs the ESA.

in response the videogame voters network is aksing for all gamers, 18 or older, male or female, black or white, tall or short, vegitarian or carnivore to send broken periphreals by mail to senator Leland Yee with the words "i support the 1st ammendment" written upon it somewhere. in protest of this obsurd ruling to douse the esrb in sand and instead letting the government bring swift and painful judgement to games your allowed to play or buy.

I hardly buy M+ games, and I don't think that my pc games will be affected, since I buy them from Steam.

Well, seeing as I'm 27, this law doesn't affect me too much. And let's face it-- if you're under 17, you should be playing games appropriate for your age group. M rated games are rated that way for a reason.
