Didn't notice you already answered the questions, my bad. But I feel I should comment some of these.

-10: Nintendo was involved in love hotels?? I had no idea, WTF

-13: You never gave the project name. The final project name according to the internet was the "SNES Nintendo Disk Drive". However this one not only had Sony and Nintendo involved, but it also had Phillips involved as well. However if that project was different, then the answer should be "SNES-CD", this being the add-on for the SNES. The next one after that was an all-in-one unit that played SNES games and already had a cd-drive pre-installed was called the "PLAY STATION".

As for 15: There were Metal Gear games on the NES, DOS, Commodore 64, and MSX2 which is where the series got its start. If you're just counting the metal gear solid series, then that appeared on the ps1, ps2, psp, gcn, xbox, gcn, pc and the mobile phone, I think that's all of them. Also consider the Digital Graphic novels in the series that released in Japan for the PSP. There are tons of Metal Gear games so your ratio is incorrect. Even consider just the Metal Gear Solid franchise, then your ratio is also incorrect. Just letting you know.
