Hi. I am looking FPS PC games like Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth and Condemned: Criminal Origins. I like when you have low ammunition all times, dark horror atmosphere, like Call of Chutulhu there is no need that i have weapons all times. I dont like old games, no older than 2005. F.E.A.R was disappointment becouse too much shooting and its was not scary. Penumbra and amnesia were good but without shooting. I didnt like Cryostasis. I dont search games like Dead Space, too much shooting. Thanks for answers!
If you get a chance to play Zombie U on Wii U, that game is pretty much what you are looking for. So far, I don't think they are planning to bring it to PC though. You may want to check out Slender, but that has no shooting at all.

To the Op, as far as games like CoC, I can't think of any since 2005 that have the same level of narrative on PC. You already named many of the good ones. Amnesia has a new game coming out this year. STALKER is an open world semi-survival horror game but don't expect the same level of story as CoC. Most of the examples I can think of are either from before 2005 or are console games. Alan Wake is a pretty decently atmospheric horror themed game that might be worth checking out. It's a little bit action heavy, but it's a pretty cool game overall.
Edit: Alan Wake is not an FPS, though. Many horror games are 3rd person.
Maybe you should check the STALKER series,the first(Shadow of Chernobyl) and the third(Call of Pripyat) are great games and the closest to what you seem to want,can´t go wrong with either of them.
If you do however,don´t forget to use the complete mods,all three STALKER games have one.
