Games like Castlevania:SOTN, Metroid, Etc.

Im wondering if anyone could tell me if anymore games exist like Castlevania SOTN and the Metroid series. I love Castlevania SOTN, probably my fav game of all time. The games Ive finished of this nature are:

Castlevania: SOTN

Castlevania: Circle of the Moon

Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance

Super Metroid

Metroid Fusion

Metroid Zero Mission

I know theres two Castlevania games on the DS, but other than those is there anymore Sidescrolling Adventure games like this that exist for me to play?

hmmm, well it depends on what Gen. of gaming you're looking for. There are some Shaman King games for the GBA which are made by Konami and play very similar to SOTN. The original Castlevania was re-released for GBA if you feel like picking that up. The Mega Man X series is pretty sweet...If you have a DS you could pick up (like you said) either of the Castlevanias. Dawn of Sorrow is better I hear, but i liked Portrait of Ruin alot too. Or you could try the Full Metal Alchemist DS game. umm, i dont know if any of that helps.. if i can think of any more ill let ya know.

A lot of people liked Mega Man ZXfor the DS.

You might also want to look forward to Mega Man ZX Advent.

Both games are more Metroid-like than other Mega Man games.
