You mean 3D platformers? Depends on what system you're wanting them for, as there's plenty on most systems from that era on. For the N64, there's the Gex 64 and Gex 3, Super Mario 64, Conker's Bad Fur Day (Warning: nearly breaks the M rating), Donkey Kong 64, and a few others that aren't coming to mind.
