Games that deserve sequels

I think games like Jet force Gemini, Jet Set Radio Future, Diablo 2, and Star Wars Battlefront 2 deserve sequels. What game franchises would you guys like to see remade/continued?

• Okami (PS2)
• Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (GC)
• Shadow of the Colossus (PS2)

i've thought of a few more:

mechwarrior, or the mech assault games on Xbox

of course, Chrono trigger should get a sequel(if someone other than square did it), so should panzer dragoon, and stuff like that. I'd also like to see a new Fire emblem that adds more tactical depth, instead of basically remaking the same game 41564515645 times

Ooh, good call! Ever since the closing video of DK2 with Horny breaking out into the open I've been wanting to see the third game. I doubt it'll ever happen now, but I can fondly hope...

okami, difinetly AC and tekken 4.1 just coz i prefered that game's mecanics and character costumes.. the replay and training options were grate too so yeh, i want thaty to return!tiedye_duality_

I disagree. If they made a sequel for Okami, it would ruin the first game. The first game and it's story was perfect the way it is, and I don't think it should be changed.

• Knights of the Old Republic III
• Beyond Good & Evil 2
• Freedom Force 3
• Sequel to HL2: Opposing Force and Adrian Sheppard's story (hopefully Episode Three will provide this in some form)

Other franchise sequels I'd like to see on updated technology:

• Diablo 3
• No One Lives Forever 3
• Max Payne 3

Games I'd like to see remade on updated tech:

• Silent Hill

• Chrono Series (new game or sequel, I don't give a damn)
• Vagrant Story
• Xenogears
• Driver 2 (one deserving of being called Driver)
• Parasite Eve 2 (who cares if they ran out of source material, I want moar!)
• Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords (for the love of all that is holy do NOT make an MMO)
• Doom II (no remake, actual sequel with new gameplay elements)
• Sid Meier's Pirates! (such a fun game that needs new places to explore and more gameplay elements oh yeah... and an M rating)
• Star Wars: Jedi Academy (screw Force Unleashed, I want another JediOutcast/Academy game)
