Games that made you throw the controller, smash the keyboard, etc

What game frustrated you to the point of nearly destroying a peripheral?

For me, COD4, flashback sniper stage on Veteran while waiting for helicopter to rescue us. I failed so many times. Finally, I had to cheese it by hiding in one of those ticket booths and go prone under the small table, and keep throwing grenades out the door... I finally made it, but my blood pressure must have been dangerous.

The last time I got like this, was Ninja Gaiden on XBOX.
