or games you enjoyed as a kid but not so much as an adult (or slightly older kids).

for me its turok rage wars. while i dont hate it now or anything, i used to love it, but playing it recently the controls (like most n64 fps) are disgustingly disgusting. most of the games i loved i still love today so thinking of a game is kinda hard but turok rage wars most fits the bill.

what about yous?

I'll agree with MasterMetal and say sonic Adventure 2 Battle. That game is objectively bad in a lot of ways but damn raising Chao's is so much fun. I've sunk a lot of hours in that game simply because of that feature.

True Crime: New York City, though it never got to the point where I didn't enjoy that game. I just think if I were to play it now, I would see so much wrong with it and wouldn't enjoy it very much. Of course, outdated mechanics and graphics may factor into that, but this game was received fairly poorly when it first came out. But I actually liked it just as much, if not more, than True Crime: Streets of L.A.

But perhaps a better answer would be RuneScape. It took a long time, but I simply lost my appeal in that game. I tried playing it a few times when I was a bit older, but never really considered getting back into it. Especially since I moved on to playing more and better games.
