Games with knife fights / cool characters that use a knife?

Ones I can think of are (obviously) Resident Evil 4, Turok (360), Breakdown.. Thats about it. Any others?

i can only think of GTA San Andreas (rarely you have to use stealth and a knife) and Saints row 2 has the gang that carries swords (but thats not legacy platform). and in Super Castlevania 4 (snes) you can throw knives.

There's that plasma sword in halo. (I think that's what it's called.)

The Dino Crisis games from what I remember although you pretty much use the knifes to cut down vines.

RE4 has some good knife fight scenes and u can use the knife through out the entire game
