Games with really good end credit songs?

What are some? Three great ones for me were:

Mass Effect (M4 Part II by Faunts) - yes, obvious

Cold Fear (Use Your Fist and Not Your Mouth by Marilyn Manson)

Breakdown (Take it All by Trust Company)

I used to beat Mario world over and over just to listen to the credit roll. Also I stayed for the credits of Uncharted and Infamous, pretty good music there too.

Super Mario 64! Truly a beautiful tune to reward you for completing a great game, especially combined with those scenes of the stages you've been through. It's such a great nostalgic memory. Too bad Nintendo has gotten lazy with the credit scenes in later Mario games.

Portal instantly pops up in my mind. There is also the Metal Gear Solid games and their credits. There is just too much awesomness to be found.
