This is a thread where you can talk about which games you think have the coolest names! But remember, a good game does not make a good name. So please, don't say Halo or Super Smash Bros.

Anyway, here's a list of games that I think have some cool names:

Jet Set Radio

Neverwinter Nights

Radiant Silvergun

NiGHTS into Dreams

I haven't even played any of those games, but all I know is that they have some catchy names.

I always thought Panzer Dragoon was a catchy name, I remember wanting it just because of the way it sounded.

Also, Bad Mojo.

Edit: Also, Under A Killing Moon :)

God of War- It sounds cool and brutal, which fits perfectly with the actual game.

The Legend of Zelda - It sounds like something epic.

Max Payne- You simply know you're dealing with an action title when you look at that name.

The Longest Journey
- Sounds epic and personal, the name fits the game perfectly.

Full Throttle

Day of the Tentacle
- It simply sounds over-the-top, which is exactly what the game was.

Diablo

Diablo II: Lord of Destruction

No One Lives Forever - Sounds like a cool James Bond film.

Fallout
- Its a simple word, yet it evokes an idea of the aftermath of pure destruction.

Devil May Cry

Half Life, Half Life: Opposing Force, Half Life: Blueshift
- I always thought it was cool and clever that the original HL series names were all actual scientific terms that also served as puns on what their plots were about. In addition, I always thought "Half Life" had an almost survivalist actiony sounding ring to it, kinda like "Die Hard" does.

Silent Hill- Even if I didn't know what this game was about, It simply sounds like something creepy.

Unreal

Undying

SOCOM
- Sounds like a covert military operation.

Game names... hmm, let me think.

Ys - short and sweet and to the point (though what the point is, is beyond me).

King of Fighters - The name says it all.

Melty Blood - Not quite sure what it means, but it sounds cool.

Akumajou Dracula - Tests to see if your friend knows his Castlevania lore!

Super Smash Bros. Melee - One of those games where you need to find an acronym quick.

Tales of Phantasia - A game that the average gamer would have to do a second take, reflecting that it's not Symphonia.

Street Fighter:  The Movie:  The Game - Okay, so let's just say I think the name speaks for itself.

Edit:  Sweet, I just noticed that I've reached my 1000th post... yikes... maybe I've had just a little too much time on my hands (well, then again, I have been here for a while).

I'll say Half Life. The term has many connotations with radioactivity, mutation and wierd experiments.
