What generation computer games do you buy? I generally don't buy PC games as my primary is PS4.

How much do you spend on computer games each month? Generally $50-$65 on PS4 games.

How much would you be willing to spend on games? $60 per game

Where do you buy your games from? Amazon Prime gives me 20% off new release games, so I buy from them now.

What makes you buy from where you buy? See above

What would make you buy from an independent seller? eBay is great for classic games. Last I bought was Battletoads on Sega Game Gear back in 2014. Works great.

Why do you buy games? To have fun

In which months do you buy? Whenever a game releases that I want.

Too many questions so I'll type my answer based on the threads header-

I buy games that I feel have its core mechanics down to a high standard.

If a game adds a good story, designs and music that's nice but never the reason I go for the buy (though I do like original character designs).

It has to be a game I'll enjoy to 'play' not 'watch'. This year I've already grabbed Biohazard/ResidentEvil 7; which despite some gameplay flaws sticks to what made the series solid and enjoyable.

The thing I hate most in games are four things- input-lag, quick-time events, poor controls, and bad map design. A story written by Shakespeare, with graphics to please a Master Race D'bag couldn't save a bad game!
