Sort of a reverse reply to another thread. What are some games that you found fun or good, but others absolutely despise? I'll go with ET for the Atari 2600. OK, I don't like it, just don't hate it as much as others. I have played it.
Halo 3. Halo 3 bashing is in fashion these days. Everyone is doing it. For some reason it's become cool to say you don't like Halo. Everyone was saying it after Halo 2 yet Halo 3 still sold better than everything before it. The same people who say they hate Halo 3 would probably be in line for Halo 4 if it came out tomorrow..........then they'd be online a week later talking about how much they hate it and "I'm going back to Call of Duty 4". LMAO.
Sonic Heroes, Digimon World 4, Wild Arms 4(many thought it was poor, I love it), Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, God Hand, Shadow Hearts: From The New World(People call it the 'black sheep' of SH, but it's actually very good), Untold Legends and Silent Hill: Origins(A lot of people said it was poorer then the other Silent Hill games, but I personally enjoy it.)
I liked Guilty Gear while my friend from Canada disliked it. He told me that GG's old man was dumber. I thought that Kliff (Canadian friend called him as old man) was too strongest character.

:D EVERYBODY who I've talked to about it absolutely adores it - even my ex-boyfriend who otherwise is almost entirely only interested in excessively violent games involving being exceedingly morbid and depraved, who hardly ever plays a game outside his usual genre.

I'm pretty sure that most (if not all) games magazines would have blown off 'Aqua Aqua Wetrix 2' as being "insane esoteric crappy japanese girly cutesy incoherent pap" due to their inability to enjoy a puzzle game of its' sort, but i thoroughly enjoy it (although i wish it were longer, or that they would make a nice long sequel)
Digimon World 4 (have a soft spot in my heart for them digimans, and highly, excrutiatingly punishing games), F-Zero X, everything above Mario Party 3, and Mario Kart 64

wetrix and aqua aqua wetrix are very fun puzzle games. Its great creating more land and trying to contain the water. using powerups of fire to steam of the excess water.
To anyone who hasn't played the game, now is a chance to play an absolute gem! (wetrix on n64, or aqua aqua wetrix on ps2)
Well people already put F-Zero X and Freedom Fighters.... so I'll go with Age of Empires: Age of Kings on the DS, most people ignored this game I think but I loved it.
The Legend of Kage (NES). I'll admit it's a sub-par game, even back then. But when I was a kid I loved it. So it's the nostalgia that keeps this game on my cool list.
Prime's an extremely popular game. Lots of people love it. But honestly, I don't. I got swept up in the hype, bought it, and just didn't enjoy it. Then I made the same mistake with MP3. Never again, I've finally learned my lesson.
I absolutely loved Conan on the 360. I have played it through mulitple times now. However, I doubt I will be playing it much more in the future as the wife has told me in no uncertain terms that she has absolutely had enough of seeing it now.
I've heard some people call Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime "the worst DQ game ever". Personally, I think those people have no idea what they're talking about.
Killzone 1 was also VERY good, despite many complaints about it. The Dungeon Siege series has gotten some flak lately, but it's an awesome series, especially the PSP game. Oh yeah, and Crash: Wrath of Cortex(to a extent) and The Legend of Heroes.

Is it really? I've heard a lot of bad things about it and nothing good.It's just a linear beat-'em-up, but the weapons are fun, the enemies go ragdoll when you hit them, and there are upwards of like 20 levels. It's fun.
Ninty Nine Nights. Yes, it's essentially a fantasy version of Dynasty Warriors, but it was pretty fun. If only those Goblin mages weren't so overpowered. :/
