Games you're looking forward to getting/playing?

Hello, guys, this is my first forum topic, I think, so be easy on me, alright.

But in all honesty what is this about?

Well, I'll tell you.

This is where you can share with other people what games you are looking forward to. Either not yet released, or one you haven't got or played yet.

Here's my list, tell me what you think, and tell me what you're waiting for.

Need For Speed: The Run

Forza Motorsport 4 (I haven't got it yet!)

I was looking forward to Spider-Man: Edge Of Time too, but that hasn't been well recieved, so I've striked it off!

I'm waiting for FIFA 12 too. (Help Me!) It's already out too, and so is Forza 4.

Also, tell us all why you look forward to these games too.

I'm looking forward Tag 2 'cause well, it's Tekken for crying out loud! About 45 characters, I just can't wait!

Sonic Generations, well, I'm just the biggest Sonic fan ever! And I'm going mad about it.

Need For Speed: The Run looks amazing and I am amazing at Most Wanted, I am the most destructive person around, I deliberately get the cops on me in Most Wanted, and I have never been busted, I have cost about 15,000,000 to the state too, 10,000,000 is on my head in bounty.

I'm insane, I just am.

Anyway, tell us what you're waiting for and why.

I hope there isn't another topic with this exact purpose already, I was sort of hoping for an original idea!

Uncharted 2. May start playing it tonight. I liked the first game a lot, and everyone says part 2 is a whole lot better than the first one. I guess I'll find out.

Mass Effect 2. Loved the demo, lots of story and good characters, and the gameplay was somewhat out of the ordinary.

Silent Hill HD Collection. I love horror and those two games both look great to me. Never got around to playing them on the PS2, so now I'll get to play them for the first time in HD.

Lollipop Chainsaw. A cheerleader vs. zombies. I dunno, looks really weird. I like weird.

I'm looking forward to playing Crysis, Dead Island, Rage and next year i'm buying Max Payne 3, Far Cry 3, Halo 4, Tomb Raider, GTA5

My top 10 picks in no particular order:

The day-one releases I'll be getting for the rest of this year are Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition. I'm also looking forward to Mass Effect 3. Other games I'll probably pick up at some point are Sonic Generations, Batman: Arkham City, and GoldenEye 007: Reloaded.

Skyrim, thats all. Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is looking amazing but no doubt EA will find some way of screwing over gamers before its released as they do so often.

I am a huge fan of the Tales series, best series ever. SoI am definitly looking forward to Tales of Graces. I am also looking forward to getting Tales of the Abyss on my 3DS.

Also, there is Ninja Gaiden 3, and Dead Rising Off the record. Lolipop Chansaw looks good too.

Wow, I leave this topic for what, a few days? And I have loads of replys, sorry in advance, I'm giving myself a pat on the shoulder ("Well done, buddy!") All of you have such great taste! IonusX, looking forward to Sonic Generations, eh? Just over a couple of weeks to wait! It's a good time for Sonic fans, the series has got a new lease of life recently with Unleashed, 4, and Colours, I can here Sonic laughing andasking for his next Chilli Dog.

I have never been prouder to be a Sonic fan! And Joush89 (have I spelt that right? Probably not) Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, I'll bet it will be good, such is the reputation Link has got for being in good games. Ocarina of Time, my friend, played it round my friend's house once, dang was it brilliant, it seems whenever Nintendo say "Lets make a Zelda game!" the inspiration for the idea almost always comes from the idea itself! You can't go wrong, mate, if you do then nintendo would owe the world! But when it comes to Zelda, have they ever disappointed. OK, I don't follow every game, I'm more of a Sonic guy, but really, all I ever hear is good!

These games, along with all the others that have been mentioned so far,are or will be absoulute gems, keep 'em coming, I'm love what I'm reading!

Also Joush89, you say you might see what over Wii gems they, 3 words, Super Mario Galaxy! Get it, and the sequels. Mario Kart Wii as well, but I've heard so much about Galaxy, why haven't I got it! Well, that might be corrected soon, but Xbox 360 stuff isthe main thing for meat the moment.

Been playing it for a couple of evenings now and loving it :D

I'm hanging out for a PAL version of 'Catherine' -- God knows when it's going to turn up though...

Still looking forward to playing Stronghold 3; gotta get a computer that'll run it. Got a few options, but I'm gonna go into a specialized computer store this week, ask my questions and purchase something that'll do the job and have space leftover.

But back on topic.

The game I am incredibly eager to play are...

1. Uncharted 3 Drake's Deception
2. The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim
3. Twisted Metal
4. Grand Theft Auto V (whenever that gets released)
5. Mass Effect 3

Those are the games I am most hyped for (in order if you cannot already tell)

I hope that my hype for Uncharted 3 (which is THROUGH THE ROOF) doesn't cause me any dissapointment. I kept telling myself that Naughty Dog will pull it off without a doubt. But now so close to release... I am starting to have doubts. Last time I was this hyped for a game was Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, which somehow managed to meet my expectations.

Getting a new pc in a few days, so I'll finally be able to play Dragon Age: Origins (patiently waited two years as everyone says it's much better on PC than consoles) and The Witcher 2 (sequel to my favourite game of the last 5 years). I'll also play Battlefield 3 on there.

After playing the demo, seeing reviews & other info I have to add Sonic Generations, it looks like a great game, possibly the best Sonic game yet. The demo is amazing, I went from downloading/playing it out of boredom to realizing I definitely have to buy this game soon.

Uncharted 3

- ToR. I have never played a mmorpg. Hopefully this will truly be a KoToR sequel.

- MGS: Rising. I am a huge MG fan and hope it stays that way after it's release.

- MGS: HD Remakes. All those great games on one disc, how great is that going to be.

- I am wondering if there will ever be a harry potter action/rpg. If there is a chance, I want that game.
