For me, The Last of Us and Vice City were both games I had spoiled for me, but played regardless.

Demon's Souls
Both Bioshock Infinite and Mass Effect 3 (the other two games I've had spoiled) I have not played through.
I care very little for story in a game. Gameplay is pretty much the end all be all so the only thing that could be spoiled for me is someone showing me a secret I never got or some kind of unlockable I never opened. I can't remember that happening though.
I managed to spoil the ending to Castlvania: Lords of Shadow for myself, but still fought on to the end. And it was great.
The Last of Us. Still played it, was still surprised, amazed and blown away. Still ranks as one of the greatest games I've ever played.
Exactly how I'm feeling now.The Last of Us. Still played it, was still surprised, amazed and blown away. Still ranks as one of the greatest games I've ever played.
Twin-Blade
Quite a few but I generally try not to watch gameplay all the way through if it convinces my wallet if worth the purchase. With all the Day One disappointments I've wasted money on, minor spoilers like the 1st twenty minutes of gameplay don't bother me. If it's crap that I'm uncertain about like Asassin's Creed 3 for example, I'll just skip ahead to the ending and save money.
