did i not just see a banner ad asking us if we purchased GTA san andreas before a certain date? so we can get in on a class action suit?

wtf is this? why is Gamespot running ads like this? hurting game companies? they have hit a new low...im sure ad revenues are down GS but please dont bite the hand that feeds you and take money for ads from anti gaming law firms. pretty lame i think

Not sure about this particular instance, as I haven't seen the ad, but the status of being targeted at a gaming company shouldn't equate to a refusal to run such ads. For instance, if a gaming company sold a non-functional game, or a game that made explicit promises that turned out to be fabrications, a class action lawsuit would be a good way to remedy that for all the consumers who purchased that game.
