Which store do you guys think have the best prices? Which would give me more for my PS2, 360, and PSP? I traded in at Gamestop once, but I think they ripped me off because I sold them Lost Planet, Halo 2, Crackdown, and Rainbow Six Vegas and all they gave me was $36....

I dont like Gamestop...the only time i will go there is if i am buying a used game and have the cash for it...there used gamesand trade in values are rediculous...Game Rush (Blockbuster) is still my game retailer of choice....you can get up to $35 per game

GameCrazy, without question. More services are offered and the used game prices are way better. I would say more about GC's trade-in match guarantee, but as the competitor is generally Gamestop, it usually isn't ever an issue since GS doesn't give squat for trade-ins to begin with.

I go to the Gamestop 2 miles from my house normally but if they don't have something I'll check one of the other 5 Gamestops/EBgames in my town and if none of them have it I go to someplace called Play N Trade. There are no Game Crazys where I live. But there are 6 Gamestops/EBgames in my town and 2 more in the next town past mine. There are 2 Play N Trades, 2 Best Buys, and 2 Circuit Citys so I have plenty of options for buying games.

I usually go to gamestop because its 2 miles down the road from my house but if I ever wanted to trade something in I go to gamecrazy since you get alot more than what you would trading at gamestop. not to mention there used games are alot cheaper too

I haven't been to a Game Crazy since I was 10 years old trying to sell NHL Breakaway 98 on the N64 (I'm 17 now.) I moved soon after, and the town I am in now doesn't have one, but it does have 4 Gamestops. I don't even bother selling or trading because the prices are so low.

Unfortunately, the nearest Game-Crazy store is over 12 miles from my house. Likewise, I have never been to one. :(

GameCrazy doesn't give trade quotes over the phone. Its policy.

Neither. I'll go with Best Buy thanks, where I can reliably pick up games on release day without having to pre-order.

Gotta go with Game Crazy overall. Better prices on used games. Heres an example, Gamestop wants $19.99 for a USED copy of Star Wars Knights of the Old Rebublic 2, a Platnum Hits game, while Game Crazy has it used for $9.99. I have seen Gamestop sell severall used Platnum and Greatest Hits games for $20 buck or more. However Gamestop does admittidly have a better selection of used game (even if the put the price sticker on the cover art).

GameStop,GameSpot,GameCrazy,EBGames... meh. My horrid experiences have taught me if the place can put up a neon sign, and build other shops that are exactly the same everywhere...well... Somebody's making bucks and I'm not getting much back myself. Sure-they 'got the stuff', but they're gonna take most of mine for that honor.

I'd say eBay/amazon (in a whisper,anyway-Credit card involved, etc.) But my plastic isn't usually so great.

I do manage to find some local independant 'Mom and Pop store' merchant that's willing to cut a fairly decent deal, since they don't have a networked neon sign to power. Also-they realize there's a good chance that I know where they live, so they tend to be more user-friendly. Sometimes I'll even swap games with their kids. Like the old days of comic book trading in a tree fort... Not much in new games to swap these days anyhoo.

Go to Gamestop because I own stock in the company and your trade-in (and the reselling of your games/console) will help increase the value. Ebay if you want to maximize how much you get, though.

I've never shopped at GameCrazy because there isn't one near my house, but I've looked at some ad's from them and I must say they have some sweet deals.

Never been to Gamecrazy, and I dont shop at Gamestop anymore. I have a 1 year warranty with Gamestop, and if my PS3 breaks before the warranty is up, that's my only reason to ever go there.

I go to Gamestop because of convenience. They aren't very knowledgeable though, at least at the one I go to. One guy told me Simpsons hit & run didn't exist on PS2 and one chick didn't know what Wii points cards were.
